Gradually improve and diligently achieve the goal

After the work is completed, looking back and thinking about it, I always think that there should be a smarter way. However, under the circumstance of limited funds, it seems that at this stage, using such multiple versions to gradually advance the method is relatively a trade-off between resource consumption and time. One of the solutions.

After spending two days walking slowly like an ant to measure, dodge obstacles, think and imagine whether it can free up suitable space, and ensure the inclination of each block and the natural rise of objects of all sizes , such a prerequisite must be implemented on a land that is hundreds of meters long, combined with the recent high temperature, it is really hard to know.

After the on-site measurement work was over, I drove back with dozens of hand-painted manuscripts, and the next work was another new challenge. During the business trip, I first tried to open the iPad and use the pen to hand-paint some of the data into digital data, so after returning to the office, I thought that I would continue to open the same app and draw.

It took several hours of transcribing work, and finally the last stroke was made. After re-checking, I found that due to various sizes of hand-painted errors, the scale of the drawn floor plan seemed to change all the time. Maybe one paragraph is in the actual proportion, but the proportion of the next paragraph is too small, in order to correct it, the proportion of the next paragraph may be too large. It goes on and on, although the final drawing is quite a small sense of achievement by hand, but in real application, it is really not practical.

After another day, I switched to the drawing tool of draw.io. Due to the previous drawing experience and scale adjustment training, it took another half a day to actually modify the data into an electronic digital version.

In such a process of advancing and updating one version after another, not only the work used has changed from the original pen and paper to the technological work iPad, but also the use of computer tools at the end, and the proportion of the painting has also become more refined. After the work is completed, looking back and thinking about it, I always think that there should be a smarter way. However, under the circumstance of limited funds, it seems that at this stage, using such multiple versions to gradually advance the method is relatively a trade-off between resource consumption and time. One of the solutions.
