I try to move forward but why so many stones keep throwing at my feet

(edited)
This is a negative post. People with disabilities don't want sympathy, but empathy.

Visually impaired people benefit from technological developments. However, the ignorance of technology designers has made the visually impaired not only unable to benefit from technology, but instead left farther and farther away.

Osmosis has recently changed its version. Before the revision, I could use the keyboard to navigate the function buttons and the list of validators smoothly. Can be operated independently.

But recently they changed it. The revamped website is a big step backwards for the visually impaired. It is natural for ordinary people to use a computer to control a cursor with a mouse. But the visually impaired cannot use a mouse, and can only use the up, down, left, right, arrows or "tab" on the keyboard to control the cursor. However, after the revision of Osmosis, some functions have become unable to use the keyboard to control the cursor to find the appropriate button, and can only use the mouse to find it. As a result, I can't operate at all.

Thanks @oldcat for their Discord link. Unfortunately, whether I use my desktop or mobile phone, I can't send messages to them. The mobile version says to authenticate with a robot called Double Counter. The desktop board simply said "message loading failed". Been having trouble sending messages to their Discord all afternoon. In the end, I bite the bullet and DM them on their twitter.

The whole thing made me feel really negative! I am no longer a person who is afraid of learning IT applications and keeps saying that I am a computer idiot. I started stepping into the world of Web 3.0 two years ago, and I kept groping and learning on my own. No one around me who knows anything about this field has asked me. I learned the same way. But so what? As long as the website is revised, only the mouse is allowed and the keyboard is not allowed. What is it that I have learned hard over the past two years, and it is all scrapped overnight?

Of course you can say, wouldn't it be better to ask someone with healthy vision to help? Do you need such a big fire? People with disabilities want independence instead of asking for help. And what about the visually impaired who live alone? What about visually impaired people whose family members do not understand computers at all? Don't you still have to rely on yourself?

This statement is a negative post. I don't want to earn a lot of clapping, just to say what I want to say. Sorry, I really want to call the Web 3.0 technologists I know to come and have a look, such as @高建e . Because I really hope they can help bring this message into their tech world. I don't expect support, I just hope that there won't be too many stones thrown at my feet as I go. I wrote so much, not to ask for sympathy from others. What visually impaired people want is not sympathy but empathy. As for what is the same thing? I want someone who can see to try using a mouse with a blindfold on for ten minutes, and the same goes for it.
