Do you want to complain about the boss? I think!

Are you satisfied with your current occupation and workplace environment? I still get mad at work every day. What makes people feel tired is meeting pig leaders, not the work itself. I want to rant about the management of my company today! Have any of you readers ever been in a company where all the royal family members are in power?

Facing a company with a double system of company treatment (DOUBLE STANDARD) is really speechless! Employees must abide by company rules, but family members can do whatever they want. Sometimes I think my boss is using me like a trash can. The good and the bad are all left to me to deal with, why? Because I am better at speaking, I will not refuse, and my work efficiency is good. I never mind doing more, because no matter what aspect it is, I have a learning attitude.

The only thing that makes me very dissatisfied and feels unfair (no way, the messenger of natural sense of justice) is the protection of the company's management for my family! There is such a problem in our company that the relatives of the royal family are holding chicken feathers as arrows. Especially my boss is a bodhisattva, indecisive and indecisive, and he will only choose to keep silent in the face of this kind of thing. There is a slacker in my company, I call him [Young Master].

The young master's father is one of the small shareholders of the company. After the father left, the shares were taken over by the mother, and the young master worked in the company. But what he does is not work, but treats the company as a playground. To be late is to be late. Talking at work, eating snacks, and pressing the phone. Instead of dealing with the work within his scope, he used his working time to deal with another business he was outside. If you are the boss, can you accept the salary that the employees receive from you during working hours, not for your company's work, but for your own outside business?

We tried to raise this question with the boss, and told him that the young master's laziness had led to a lot of neglect of work and dissatisfaction of customers. But we don't necessarily have to take any action from the boss, just because the reason is his own family's children, it is difficult to speak, and it is embarrassing for fear of damaging family relations. If you were an employee, would you choose to turn a blind eye, or would you complain to your boss?

I'm a Justice Woman, so I understand that I'm the first human being to die automatically in the workplace. Most of the employees chose to remain silent, and the reason for covering them up was simply to keep their jobs and not want to offend the royal family. Is this phenomenon commonplace in the workplace? If no action is taken, the boss himself will suffer. The company is not mine, nor is the customer complaining about. I just can't stand the unfair treatment!

The young master doesn't follow the company rules just because his mother is one of the directors of the company. He often talks about: Do you think my mother died? In fact, this vicious circle allows me to understand the reasons why current bosses are reluctant to hire their own family members to work. It is easy to ask God, but difficult to send God! The palms of the hands and the backs of the hands are also meat. Maybe I am not a boss, so I can't understand your difficulties? If it were my way of handling it, I would have kicked him out of the company.

The reason is that I have to get rid of the pests to calm down the disgruntled employees. There are two possibilities for not dealing with it: the employees will follow suit, and the second is that the employees will lose their fighting power. Because the boss didn't give a good example, he didn't handle things fast enough, ruthlessly, and accurately.

I admit that I am not a human being who sees the high and meets the low. I will not flatter you to the end just because you are a royal family member. Sorry, please roll away! This is the most basic principle of my life. Right is right, wrong is wrong, I don't have a gray area in dealing with work, work is work. Distinction between public and private is the principle I have always adhered to.

What pissed me off today is that a new employee reported on their first day today. It belongs to the work partner of the young master, and the young master should teach her the relevant work procedures. But last Friday, my boss instructed me to come to the newcomer next Monday and ask me to teach the newcomer how to use the system.

It's not actually my job scope, but she asked me to help. Last night, I received a message from the boss saying that the young master will not be able to come to work for the next three days. There is something at home, so please trouble me to be responsible. This morning, I saw a new colleague received an email from the boss mentioning that the person in charge of teaching her work is the young master. I didn't see my name in the email, so what am I? Do you want to work again? The credit is taken by the young master, what am I doing? This is not the first time!

Capable people work hard, and the boss must squeeze the employees dry before they are willing! This is not a kindergarten. If you want to protect your young master, you can go home to protect it. You can also feed him when you go home. The young master is already an adult in his early 30s. speechless

The rant is over, thank you.

There are hands up who are facing the same predicament!
