Trapped in the whirlpool of "inferiority"? Tell you how to get out of <2>

Welcome back everyone, this is Mr. A. Last time I mentioned several reasons that may prevent you from effectively addressing your inferiority complex. Let me list three today, which are universal "strategies" in almost any field and at any time, to help you deal with your inferiority complex. However, I must also say that the final decision on whether to act or not is still up to you, so after reading today's article, think carefully and then act. OK, let's get started.

First: Change the Mindset (Mindset)

Ditch the fixed mindset that blocks your actions and your vision, and replace it with a "Growth mindset." Regarding this concept, there is more detailed content in the previous article "The Key to Growth: Growth Mindset" . If you haven't read it yet, click it. Here in a nutshell, a growth mindset believes that people’s abilities and resources are dynamic and can be improved, while a fixed mindset is the opposite, believing that both are innate or not so easy to change.

It is worth mentioning that the human brain is a complex and changeable guy. The response to one thing is very easily affected by the current situation and even past experience. It is definitely not something that can be solved by dichotomy. A person's mentality is not like the super ancient ceiling fan on the ceiling, only on and off, but the modern electric fan that can be divided into 5 sections, 12 sections, or even 99 sections.

So when we're learning from others, or self-examination, keep this big frame in mind. About how to change the mentality, I will open another article to explain, so stay tuned.

Second: segmentation target

When you just took on an important task or entered a new field, I wonder if everyone will feel this way? As if I was standing on the ground, looking up at the mountain top that was almost invisible, and then looking at my position, when I thought that I had such a long way to go, I lost my fighting spirit and wanted to just pack a bag and go home. never mind. In fact, as far as the goal may seem, the first thing you need to do is get one foot out first, it's that simple. Then, step out the other foot, then step out the other... At the last turn, you will find yourself standing on the top of the mountain.

So if the challenge at hand feels too difficult, try to break it down into steps that you can take almost effortlessly, and since the initial feedback is probably not positive, once you step out of it.” That one small step", please give yourself this compliment as if taking one giant leap for all mankind.

Third: Make good use of the environment

As a group animal, human beings interact and socialize with other companions, and the possible impact may be greater than you and I think. So if it is too difficult for you to make changes by your own will, there is a shortcut way to find a group of people you admire, communicate with them, spend more time with them, and let the environment change you. There are others pulling you outside, watching them progress, and you want to keep up; there is a change in your identity inside, which brings the motivation, "I am a person like them", this kind of thinking will become your driving force.

But it’s worth noting that the impact of this environment is obvious, yet hard to detect, either positive or negative. So, even if you're not that aggressive, and you're changing the whole circle around you, at least pay attention and stay away from the people around you who want to drag you down. Take advantage of this power.

The above are three points, compiled from my personal experience, and helpful tips for improving self-confidence. I don't know if you have found it? The above concepts can also be applied to the topic of "how to improve execution". Inferiority is really like a whirlpool. If you are trapped in it and cannot get out as soon as possible, it will become more and more difficult to leave. The way to leave is not just to change your mind, but more importantly, to act; and all of your dreams and expectations are in your own hands.
