【Private Kitchen】~Noodles with Bolognese Sauce


For lunch alone, I simply prevaricate myself with a single bowl of noodles, but I don’t actually feel wronged, I cook it seriously! Noodles are actually one of the most convenient staple foods. When you want something to eat, you come to a bowl of noodles. There are a few pieces of leftover braised pork at home, which just happened to be used to mix noodles with roast pork sauce.


Prepare ingredients: braised pork, noodles, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, green onions.


1) Cut the braised pork into very small pieces, chop the green onions and set aside.

2) Boil water in a pot, and blanch the noodles after boiling.

3) Take another pot, add the braised pork diced to fry, fry the oil out, pour in the light soy sauce and a little dark soy sauce.

4) Put the blanched noodles into a large bowl, add a handful of chopped green onions, pour the fried ingredients on the green onion noodles, and mix well when eating.


For a meal to gain weight, the oil-noodle mixture is the easiest to grow meat, so don’t be afraid to eat it at noon, just reduce it when you’re full! Would you like to lose weight?
