開年飯

年初二在中國的文化裏面,每一家每一戶都要吃一頓開年飯。開年飯的早上,傳統會先劏雞拜神,之後大家一起起筷。菜式為有菜有肉有湯有魚,也是象徵年年有餘等的菜來對新一年拿個好兆頭。所以一定吃得比較豐富。
