在中篇我們提到香港「澳門化」的目的，並不是要變成和澳門一樣的「利益代表」結構，而是要把立法對行政的制衡減至最少…那為何不干脆取消所有「地區直選」議席，都改成「功能組別」或「選委會選舉」好了？
