憤世是對俗世抱持希望，厭世是對俗世抱持絕望。

有話道：得意時儒家，失意時道家，絕望時佛家。

厭世是出世修行的基礎，出世修行是入世修行的基礎。

如果對紅塵俗世升不起厭離，那修行也只是興趣。
