ISCN: ISBN in the Blockchain Era

Each book needs to apply for ISBN (International Standard Book Number) from the ISBN Center before publication.
Including the country of publication, publisher, content, edition, binding method, etc. From this number, you can search and retrieve the basic information of the book

In some publishing-regulated countries,
It is easy for publishers to encounter the situation that "the ISBN application cannot be approved and the publication schedule can only be postponed". At the same time, many different types of publications are not within the scope of ISBN registration, just like people who do not have the right to apply for an ID card

After implementation,
The whole is indeed very close to the concept of NFT. It is related to the cost of listing and the capacity of the file. The larger the file, the more expensive it is.
Maybe the "listing fee" paid by the uploader in the future can be used for maintenance. From the perspective of official documents, it is bound to go the route of NFT in the future. Each work has an ISBN content number and a unique HASH value to mark digital ownership.

After completing the implementation, I thought of the DOI codes that I would use to find journal articles in my previous research institute.
As long as you enter " https://dx.doi.org/" in the address bar, plus the unique DOI code of the article, you can directly and automatically lead to the URL where the article is located, with the characteristics of "ID card" and "No connection lost"

ISCN may be the first step in the digital library,
It is convenient for readers to use parameters other than keywords to find what they are looking for.
