Maybe life is like a jigsaw puzzle. When the puzzle pieces that are about to be completed are broken up, the feeling of being overwhelmed is really a very big obstacle, and it may also make you very anxious.

I don't know where I got so many ideas, or so much experience!? Anyway, the anxiety-free community activities are not over yet, so I wrote the third article.

Overwhelmed and terrifying

I really think that the biggest obstacle that prevents a person from moving forward is confusion. The feeling of being overwhelmed makes people not know what to do next, what happened, who to call for help, or why they have become like this.

This feeling has become the biggest obstacle to progress. Compared with knowing that a certain project will take 10 years to complete, you have absolutely no idea what to do, and being overwhelmed is the most terrifying; because, at least in 10 years, there is a chance to see the progress bar, but when you are confused , even the progress bar is not visible. If I am walking on a 10-year plan, I should really be glad that I am on the right path and have not lost my way; a road without an end and a goal is the most terrifying .

very restless

Feeling overwhelmed like this can leave you completely at a loss as to where to start, and is often accompanied by anxiety. Anxiety appeared without warning. Maybe it's because there are so many things to worry about, whether it's in relationships, making friends, the future, life, love... or what articles you see. Thinking about it, it seems that there is an answer to be obtained, but in the end, it is like a puzzle that is about to be completed, and it is broken up again!

This may be the case, there are too many things to worry about, and it is not clear whether it is really worth worrying about. There are so many problems in front of your eyes that you don't know where to start. Thinking about it carefully, these problems have always been there from birth to the present, but they are not as anxious as they are now. Why? Why was it possible to focus on one thing before, but now there is no way? I know clearly, As long as you think about one thing slowly, you can definitely think clearly, but you are still stuck at the first step.

Simply put, this feeling is like the above-mentioned " puzzle ". At the beginning, there is a way to focus on each piece of the puzzle, but sometimes when you are halfway through the puzzle, you may encounter a problem and get stuck; Depending on each stage and subject, the puzzles will vary from 100 to 2000 pieces.

Although I was suddenly confused and overwhelmed, I was very anxious, but I still recovered a little, otherwise this article might not have been published!? I don't know exactly what I'm anxious about, maybe it's just too many things. Oncoming, but at least I recovered.
