Break up ♥ Recognize the true love in life
Deal with a bunch at once, deal with two or three pieces a day, deal with one corner at a time, leave only the heartbeat...and so on. There are all kinds of weird ways to play Duanshe Li. Which one do you support?
It’s not so much about throwing things away, cleaning up the environment, and moving towards minimalism, it’s about recognizing the true love in life.
In the past, the white moonlight has appeared yellowed,
The little fresh meat that has grown up with love since childhood has grown crooked,
A blank object that doesn't remember when we last met,
Thought it was three thousand doted on one, but three thousand strangers were lonelier,
A pile of dishes that are not mine, but silently tolerate them by my side, and spend time cleaning up from time to time...
A pile of hoarding that does not need to be true love is a kind of stagnant energy pressure, and even real relationships, money relationships and other relationships are dragged down in a vicious circle. Do you really want to focus your time, energy, and focus on these empties that don't bring any satisfaction at all?
Want to spend more time and money looking for illusory satisfaction and security? Or do we feel carefully that we are simply grateful for the great satisfaction of being alive?
"Know yourself and find true love."
It's not how much we pick up, but how much we put down.
A search on the Internet shows that there are many ways to get rid of it. I don't particularly want to introduce one method or many methods. Rather, I want to record, in this process, the joy of truly recognizing myself and recognizing true love.
Looking around in life, there are various traps of hoarding in daily life: daily necessities, maintenance cosmetics, clothing, food, books, peripheral groceries, stationery, kitchen supplies, special interest collections...etc. Wait. There must be parts that are especially easy and especially difficult to let go of.
A simple example: clothing. I have seen many examples of hard work in organizing clothes, and many examples of easy and refreshing cleaning. As far as I am concerned, I spend the most time searching for donation units and confirming the need for donations. Once it is determined, it will be packaged and sent out according to the needs. By the way, the clothes that have not been touched in the closet for n years, and are not planned to be worn again, are sorted out, and are slowly consumed as cleaning rags and the like. Easily remove at least two-thirds of your clothing.
But when I started to organize the book, I got a little stuck. Some of the good decisions were abandoned, and procrastination began to appear later. Later, I simply thought that it might take a lot of time, but there is definitely a way to make a decision: open an auction and sell it slowly. It’s really not easy to be a seller. Confirm the condition of the book, take a photo, write detailed instructions, set the price, and then pack it to protect it before sending it out. You even set a small deadline. If you don’t sell it within the deadline, you should consider donating it to the book. Hall or private residence. The long process has enough time to say goodbye to them and, of course, some pocket money. Slowly, I also cut off some books of all kinds.
Begin to realize that everyone has parts that are easy to do and parts that are not yet.
Through the process of renunciation, slowly let go of the things that have been pulled into your life in the past. Finally, we can gradually see the light in our hearts.
I used to think that I was a very nostalgic person, but why does youth need these proofs of deterioration?
It is fun to leave a little interesting gadgets, and it is a burden to leave too many miscellaneous things that even you can't recognize. The old things from the past, if you really like them, take them out for use, or keep them for special storage, and dispose of the rest easily.
We do not become empty and insecure by letting go of all kinds.
On the contrary, it has been clinging to it tightly, and it will produce more desires and gaps, right?
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
