BitSong | 13 & 14: Make a good bottom and protect your feet

BitSong has two new proposals for simultaneous voting.

Motion 13

You must debate politics on Commonwealth for at least 5 days before submitting a motion. If you do not do this step, you will be No with VETO. Unless the motion is about urgency, or about the whole chain of remedies (I think it's being attacked or something). Motion 14

Increase the proposal margin from 512 BTSG (approximately USD 14.7) to 5000 BTSG (USD 143.8) to reduce the risk of the proposal being spam.
