A good coach not only teaches the application of various movements and postures, but also teaches the imagination of movements, center of gravity, force-generating parts, coordination, details, and angles. To give a simple example, when the foot is stepping on the lunge and punching, whether the hand is on the outside line or the center line, the center of gravity is in the front, the center is in the back, the force is exerted from the shoulders, from the back, from the waist, from the buttocks, from the thighs, from the feet, whether the whole is complete and smooth. Freely, it can produce ever-changing back moves, or it can only make a big difference in one move.
I was very impressed. The coach always said that the warm-up exercise for the first half hour or so is very important. The content of the warm-up exercise is various stretches and small jumps in place, just like starting the engine to warm up the car before sprinting. These movements are very interesting. At the beginning, I just followed them. After reaching a certain level, the seniors or coaches will observe the situation, and a small change in the angle made me instantly feel the thrill of my first stretch. Every time I feel that I have conquered this action is secretly refreshing, and I change a small detail or a small angle, and I am pulled back to reality.

The coach said that a black belt is just the beginning of kindergarten, and the fun starts later. Sure enough, every time you go deeper, it is an evolution. Every adjustment is to face the reaction of one's own coordination scum, to make oneself confused, and to cultivate these instincts without thinking can be regarded as a stage pass.
"If there is a cohesion, all the details are perfect, and you should be able to punch ten times your body weight. Even if you can't be so top, you should at least punch three or five times your punch! It has nothing to do with gender, girls practice well. You can knock down with one punch even against a strong guy." The coach said lightly with a smile.

To a certain extent, you can hear more martial arts insights from the coach's mouth. In the eyes of the coach, Tai Chi is a high-level martial art. With the ability to overcome rigidity, a novice who has no understanding of his own body and has no mastery at all can practice a shell like a cat and a tiger. If you add people who haven't warmed up well, or have weak joints, it's either this injury or that injury if you're not careful. Originally, I practiced Tai Chi to keep myself healthy, but I ended up recovering from my injuries! Tai Chi needs to develop the taste, it is not easy to achieve.
Martial arts practice to the top, the principle will be very similar. In the case of modern martial arts such as karate, it is basically from the outside to the inside; of course, if it is handed down from ancient China, many of them are from the inside out, or both.
At the beginning, I only wanted to exercise alone, and by the way, I could protect myself and keep fit. Even if I traveled by myself, I felt that my family was quite relieved. But I always feel as if I accidentally opened the door of some kind of martial arts. After experiencing it myself, I feel even more excited to read the novel haha!
➤Daily Lajin Stretch
When everyone knows about boxing, the people around me will start asking a lot of strange and magical questions, such as which movement can solve the soreness problem, which part of the body I want to lose, and any suggestions. Many of the surrounding are elders. I have been asked about it in the past few years, and I like to read books everywhere and watch the fun, and I really have some experience.
I gave up a few years ago, and I stopped practicing boxing! I will also look everywhere on the Internet to find some new lovers to change my taste.

- From the outside to the inside, the need for a healthy body is already good. After the external training, there is still excess physical fitness . For example, my seniors and brothers are all strong in physical fitness. Basically, I only have to be disliked haha. !
- If the same paragraph like me is already empty and you don’t know it, you will be forced to speed up the abolition. If you feel that your physical strength is insufficient, please be sure to practice "internal breathing" . Simple stretching will not make you sweat and do it occasionally.
- The most severely fatigued or seriously ill people are breathing well, reducing stress, resting as much as possible, and skipping the daily walking, stretching and stretching. Allow your body to breathe and focus your energy on healing yourself.
- Most modern people are stressed, and most of them are tight and stiff due to lack of activity.
➤ Regardless of the purpose, if you want to lose weight, relieve stress, train your body and seek health, first of all, it is best to choose a relaxing Lajin stretch. The point is to "relax and relax". - It's easy to misunderstand that yoga and tai chi are soothing.
➤ There are many yoga styles. If you really want to choose the yoga that focuses on soothing, otherwise the seemingly simple and easy movements are definitely torture, and it is easy for novices to be reluctant and injured. Moreover, yoga has a long history, and the coordinated breathing visualization requires long-term practice and it is best to have a very good teacher to guide you.
➤ Tai Chi is not too difficult (as mentioned above), and if you really want to take a walk in Chinese martial arts, Baduanjin is more suitable. - There are a lot of sub-health in modern people. Sometimes going to the gym in order to achieve certain goals will invisibly increase the burden on the body and spirit. In particular, I don't know when my body should stop or rest. Everyone's situation is different, and the boundaries of overshooting are also different.
➤Simple judgment: If you feel tired and sleepy after exercising, it is too much! (Personal experience...long-term overdoing it is self-destructive...) The exercise that works best for you is when you're done stretching out and feeling good. - Self-study, reading, and teacher selection are all recommended: "Pay attention to details."
➤ See if there is any special mention of the center of gravity, force-generating position, coordination, details, angles, breathing, principles, etc. It is better to say what kind of posture you can use before you can't do a certain action, and you can change the details of the posture step by step. Slowly reach the goal. If you are not a martial arts prodigy, you can grasp the key points at a glance, but you still have to build the entire skeleton from the details, and you will be more comfortable after the foundation is stabilized.
➤In addition to the above, teachers should be able to see the different characteristics of students and make fine adjustments to teach students according to their aptitude. It is a great blessing to find a good teacher! - Simple and easy activities that can be easily done with some fragmented time is the best way.
