In my memory, the first habit I quit was when I was three years old, my mother suddenly stopped the supply of formula milk without any process, and took the seat directly with milk. If you don't understand something, you will hold a skeptical attitude, then smell it, and turn it over again~~~~~


Sometimes I think that these habits will be with me for ten or thirty years, and that some of them are the result of self-cultivation, whatever the cause, it may help me to become physically or mentally in joy or fear. As a buffer, there is no good or bad for a habit that is too long ago. Maybe it’s the small act of flipping a book or measuring people’s feelings, because it will become different in the passage of time. I always want to improve myself internally, even if I’m afraid. Go try it out, don't be too sensitive to people, things, and food sometimes, don't hesitate to make any troubles...

For my unstable self, I can think of some weird habits that seem to be those that I had when I was a child~~

Food

Doesn't seem like a picky eater

but

  • There is no way to eat the whole corn, the kind of food that makes me feel the phobia of dense arrangement. I don't know how to eat it. I must peel off the corn kernels and break the order of its arrangement before I dare to eat it. (So the scalp will tingle when you see chakras, pineapples and grape bunches that are too wrapped in the market.)
  • Also, food with stuffing, such as steamed buns, dumplings, etc., as long as there is stuffed food, you must patiently separate the skin from the stuffing before eating. (Rice balls and meat dumplings are also eaten separately.)
  • I didn’t eat seafood with mussels or shells, because I would be seriously allergic to it or touch it, and the swelling was as big as a pumpkin. I had to go to the hospital in the end, because I was rescued by force.
  • Love redecorating boring food.

Because when I was very young, my grandfather strictly tried to change it to the right, but it didn't work, and I was too strong, so I still insisted on leaning to the left.

But due to psychological factors, now every time I go to a new place or do something, I must first determine where the left and right are. I will put my hand on the left side of the item, and then keep reciting in my mind "the left is here, the left is here".... .. and then you can feel at ease.

Now it can be used left and right, but often can't figure out the direction.

(The reason why I passed the driver's license test three times and failed the first two times is because when the examiner said: "turn right", I just... oops, die)

As soon as the package arrives, open the box, pull out the bubble wrap, break the bubbles one by one, listen to the popping sound, then deflate, flatten, roll up, and throw them away, you will feel good~healing~healing ~

The habit I want to cultivate should not be too big, but I hope it will continue. I will go camping with a healthy body this summer~~~

So now I run and practice yoga every week, practice vest line, and try to eat as light as possible...
