The mind is a product of a system of energy and information flow. This system exists within us and between us and other entities, including others and the larger environment in which we live; it is fundamental to our ability to make choices and change.
The mind causes the brain to fire neurons in a certain way, and the brain also causes the mind to occur in a certain pattern, interacting with each other, forming a causal relationship. Cranial nerves play an important role in the production of the mind.
The self-organization of the elements in a rational individual is the reason why the mind exists; the emergent product produced by the interaction between the individual and the interpersonal is the way of the mind;
The brain produces top-down changes in the outside world. By activating previous experience, the current visual signals are filtered out through mental models; at the same time, bottom-up perception is used to judge the current new things; the integration and fusion of the two , produce a positive mind.
Mindfulness arises because bottom-up perception does not change or shape what is seen at the moment based on what has been seen and heard.
Therefore, the exercise of the mind is in a sense the exercise of mindfulness. Mindfulness advocates living in the present moment and focusing on the present moment. Face everyday uncertainty with a fresh perspective and a positive attitude. This is the core ability of people to survive in the post-epidemic era or the Uka era.
