Thawing the poor beef that goes unnoticed

Personal experience, if you forget the meat in the freezer, pour it with boiling water when you just take it out, and then freeze it with cold water, the odor will be much smaller.

Cook on high heat until the pressure cooker turns to low heat and cook for forty minutes.

Put the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the onions and green peppers and stir-fry, add salt and fresh chili rings when they are not fragrant, add the beef when the onions are fragrant, fry for two minutes on high heat, and add a little beef broth (one kilogram). It is said that it is delicious to put it in a rice cooker overnight and heat it with rice.

The beef that has already tasted itself will have a strong onion and green pepper flavor on the surface, which goes well with beef. If you don't like the green pepper flavor, you can put less. If there is no corn, it should be replaced with kelp or the like, or MSG (probably) when frying.
