However, I found that this idea is actually biased, and it ignores the physiological fact that willpower is limited and needs to be replenished, and meditation is an effective way to replenish willpower.



Then I also found that in the past year, I was often in poor condition, but it was actually a bit inefficient to hold on. To use an RPG analogy, it was like going to a level with residual blood. After a drop of blood, I continued to send the head back without replenishing the blood, and then, of course, I was stuck... In fact, I think the attribute of willpower is quite special. If you are in a bad condition or tense, you will not automatically recharge even if you sleep.

Then I also found that my evaluation of psychiatrists/counselors in the past was actually unfair. I always thought that such services were somewhat masturbation and had no real meaning. People who would use such services are really spiritual Tendency to masturbate to opiate intoxication.

However, after thinking of the above willpower study, I think the correct idea should be that although the psychiatrist cannot solve your actual problem, it can at least make your blood volume return to normal, and willpower slowly return to the normal level, and then The problem that needs to be solved still needs to be solved, the difficulty that needs to be faced still needs to be faced, but at least it doesn't have to be finished with residual blood, there is more chance to pass the level, it will not be reborn all the time, a drop of blood will circulate infinitely, and there will be more chance to wave goodbye bases.


Let yourself be in a state of being born out of nowhere, and then face the problem.
