However, when you realize that you don't have enough self-discipline, what you need to think about is not to give up the dream of working from home, but how to strengthen self-discipline. Take the walking exercise for work as an example. Because June is the rainy season, there is still a chance of encountering heavy rain and strong winds, which will greatly affect the speed of walking. You must even hurry up to avoid being late. .

Originally, it is to walk forward at a certain rhythm and complete it within the specified time, which is quite targeted. The rules are simple, just do it in time. Now the time has become more urgent, so we have to do everything possible to achieve the goal. It can be said that we have done our best to move forward. At home, you won’t be exercising hard, and you won’t immediately complete the tasks you are assigned. It seems that you are so undisciplined, do you deserve to be an office worker all your life? Therefore, in order to adapt to the environment of working freely at home, it is bound to create a suitable way for yourself, and you cannot continue to use the original set. Completing all the daily goals that have been arranged to be done in one day is not a manifestation of self-discipline? Otherwise, how complicated would it be? Continuing to burn with enthusiasm in your heart, and then do it with vigor? Moderate exercise can help prolong your mental strength and keep you going longer, whether it's thinking about work solutions or reducing the urge to binge eat. Therefore, if there is a lack of exercise, the failure rate of freelance work from home increases.
