Little Sparrow's Daily | Tonto Ramen
Today, I went shopping near Zhongxiao Dunhua, and I suddenly wanted to eat ramen, so I searched on Google map, found the Tonren ramen, and went straight to eat it. I didn't read anything about the price or evaluation, and walked into the store with the mood to try it.
I quickly ordered a bowl of Chee Nong ramen, medium noodles, green onion and garlic, and a plate of Tang Yang fried chicken. I originally wanted to choose char siu rice, but the clerk kindly recommended fried chicken, otherwise the char siu rice may not be finished.
Visiting the small shop, it was a Japanese-speaking proprietress who was attentively stirring the ingredients in front of the pot, while the other shop assistants went in and out to take care of customers and prepare ingredients. Soon, the hot ramen was served on the table. The portion was full like a mountain, and the pieces of barbecued pork on both sides were frighteningly large. I was really nervous. Fortunately, I listened to the advice. Well, very few people should be able to do it.
I took a sip of the soup first. His rich soup base is a very authentic Japanese flavor, without the light taste of the desktop. The noodles are soft and hard and comfortable and chewy, plus the appetizing bean sprouts that you can pick up by yourself. A bite of happiness. As for Tang Yang's fried chicken topped with lemon, the light fragrance matches the crispy skin. It's a blessing to remember to add some.
It's a pity that the portion is really too much. In the end, there are still a lot of delicious ramen left. I'm sorry, and in the later stage, the soup base became too salty, so I had to drink water all the time.
Overall it was delicious and impressive. I will come back next time to see how the char siew rice performs.
