All the unease, anxiety, and fear were suffocated . The speed of receiving is faster than usual, but it is also more difficult to filter the correct information, and the layers of panic have controlled people's behavior.

In fact, misunderstandings and prejudices have long been ahead of the virus, and ideas spread the fastest. Even before we know it, we have been blindfolded and wielding sharp knives at people everywhere. However, in the face of the common problems faced by the entire earth , Choosing kindness and being gentle is a choice that requires effort. It is indeed difficult to simulate the situation of others in different situations, but by comparing one's heart with one's heart, one can substitute oneself into another heart to understand the other's feelings.

Empathy is a choice, and it's a vulnerable choice, because in order to connect with another heart, what really makes things better is "connection."

2. After understanding the world, live well

When I woke up in a 5-ping room, I sat on the bed and looked around to see the whole room. After the first week, I was really bored and sick. I felt like some kind of perverted psychological experiment, challenging a person to repeat the same day. , how long will it crash, etc. A completely static life is really not for people at the beginning (for me), the daily schedule is to get up, make coffee, have breakfast, read a book, watch a drama, homework, lunch, play games, read a book, dinner, watch a drama, sleep, Then repeat it the next day.

On the days of zero social interaction, looking at the wind-blown trees outside the window, the flowers on the treetops are blooming, it seems to be the only proof that time is flowing , and the whole poetic and picturesque are crazy. After reducing the contact life, the time to meet with roommates is even more rare. In the short exchange and conversation during dinner time, I thought everyone was extraordinarily lovely.

In this epidemic, everyone's practice of loneliness and isolation, regardless of age, nationality, or ethnicity. However, the bottom of each island is connected. Everyone seems to be an individual, but in fact, they are subconsciously a group. At that moment, I understood that everyone is an island, but not really alone.

3. When the needle stops turning, the heart is your compass

At first, when the UK was not locked down, they said that the Buddhist policy of the British government was annoying, and at the same time felt that it was exaggerated that the school would not stop classes. Many Asian students decided to stay in the dormitory on their own, complaining that they would exhale without thinking. I have a very calm friend who decided to stay in the UK with one mind and stability. I asked him if he was in the same space every day, doing repeated things over and over again, did he not feel bored, bored or bored?

He only replied to me "There are still too many things that can affect you", "Ding——" At the moment, there is only this monophonic sound in my head.

Gradually changing my life style and adjusting my mentality, I stopped complaining about the unchangeable state, and grasped the facts that could be changed. A brand new energy system appeared in my life. best gift.

Open the curtain to let the sun warm the house, spread out the yoga mat to activate the body, and prepare yourself for a good day; read books that require a lot of time to focus on reading, and the slow flow of time can make distracting thoughts settle down and clear; resume painting with brushes , only the moment of ourselves, the brush, the drawing paper, no noise can disturb us.

When the compass of the heart began to turn, I found that the heart instead of time can move people forward . Listening to the voice of the heart, I really realized what it is like to use awareness instead of the brain to lead forward.

There were professional medical personnel and overseas Taiwanese from all over the world. They could ask for information and encourage each other.
