Workplace rookie #04 Three sad things about new people in the workplace
I recently graduated, and I want to start working as a social animal~ (Now I can't wait to have the opportunity to be a social animal...
To be honest, I was quite confident when I first submitted my resume.
Rich internship experience, well-written resume, good grades,
Shouldn't be a problem!
In the past, when looking for a job, you could be notified quickly, and almost every interview was done.
But this time the situation is different. Because of the different nationalities, it is more difficult to find a job than others.
Coupled with the issue of the period of residence, it is even more difficult to develop abroad.
The pressure of job hunting is greater than ever.
I have experienced some sad things in my job search.
Maybe someone has been like me?
1. Friends who graduated from the same class, take the initiative to care about the job search status, share how many interview opportunities he has obtained, share interview experience, and then forward job vacancy information to you, etc. But you voted, but there is no reply...
- If both of you have the same identities/situations, it is recommended to find your own and share it once after confirming your admission. If the listening side has voted for dozens of companies without progress, and listened to a bunch of interview experience sharing, it will be even more frustrated. ah~
2. The vacancies on the platform are the same as the concept of the editor operating a community. For exposure/traffic and other factors? ? ?
- After submitting a bunch of resumes and no reply, I read some related forums. It turns out that some companies will open dozens of vacancies, but there is no recruitment? ! The forum message learned that "some companies are for exposure, or the job search platform itself needs companies to post more vacancies to increase traffic." I don't know if it's true, but it seems reasonable.
3. The homepage of the vacancies will set "experience is not limited", but after clicking on it, it is found that more than N years of experience are required. . .
- Is it for CTR? This operation is a bit like an online shopping platform. The merchant will set the price to $1, and only after clicking it does it find that it is the price of the additional purchase. This way of publicity, I think it's a waste of job seekers' time? ah~
Looking for a job can't be rushed.
You can only adjust your mood and try harder!
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
