World Bunts: The more you get fat, the more you refuse to gain weight

When is the last time a person wants to stand on the scales to measure their weight? Still need to ask? Of course, it is the time when weight management is the worst, the weight numbers are rising straight, and the body shape is also skyrocketing!

I know this best. Since childhood, he was prone to obesity. This sentence may also be a lie, it is the truth that I am greedy and lazy to exercise. In fact, I also know that obesity is unsightly and harmful to health. I have tried to lose weight several times, but it has always been repeated, and the loss has rebounded. Between weight ups and downs, one's own mental state and behavioral responses are also subtly changing.

When it comes to standing on the scale and facing your own weight number, it is natural, and the time when you want to be the most is when you have the best weight loss results. At that time, every week, every three or five days, or even every day, I had to stand up, and I felt a sense of pride when I saw the number getting smaller. The past two years have been a rotten period for weight management. Often sitting still for a long time is not a problem, and the diet is also very out of control, even if it is not high in calories. So how can the weight not increase steadily? Therefore, in the past two years, no matter how I was pushed and thrown out, I swore that I would not gain weight. But what? Don't you really feel that there is a problem if you don't weigh? I can't see the weight number, but when I wear clothes, I find that the clothes that fit before are getting smaller and smaller, how can I escape. But people who are unwilling to face problems always have the ability to turn a blind eye. Wouldn't it be alright to put away ill-fitting clothes and change to bigger ones? When you meet relatives and friends whom you haven't seen for a long time, some people say "you seem to have gained weight".

Can such absurd avoidance behavior of a weight loss loser give you more insight into the world? I apply this observation of psychological responses and behavior to those in power who "solve the people who ask the question." I found that there was no need to resent their arrogance of "solving problems and knowing people". In fact, they are no different from a weight loss loser who refuses to stand on the scales. The fatter losers are, the more they want to stay off the scales. The more powerful those in power are to suppress those who raise issues, the more serious the problem is. But at the end of the day, even if the weight loss loser gets away from the scales, the problem is still sticking to him/her. Not only that, the problem will only get bigger and bigger if it is not solved. In the end, blood sugar numbers, triglyceride numbers, cholesterol numbers, and even a series of cardiovascular diseases, which one can be avoided? Human diseases are like this, so are social problems.
