Recipe|Mediterranean Tuna Salad with Vinaigrette _ Make good use of canned food
Lettuce is healthy, but I always feel like a cow when I eat it alone (covering my face) At this time, I will use canned tuna and olives in the cupboard to add flavor, paired with olive oil and balsamic vinegar ~ everything is like the folks in the Mediterranean, There is nothing to work but to live well (?), so is this dish, it takes no effort but tastes great 😆

∙ Gherkin _1
∙ Small tomatoes _5
∙ Purple onion _1/8
∙ Canned olives _3
∙ Canned tuna _1/2 can
∙ Feta Cheese _ a little
❮Vinegar Sauce❯
∙ Extra virgin olive oil _1 tbsp
∙ balsamic vinegar _1/2 tbsp
∙ Salt _1/4 tsp
∙ Black pepper _1/2 tsp

2 Preparation ~
Lettuce: cut off
Cucumbers, tomatoes: diced
Purple onion: chopped
Olives: thinly sliced
Feta cheese: cut or diced into small pieces
3 Mix the ingredients in the "Vinegar Sauce" group
4 Add in cucumbers, tomatoes, purple onions, olives and tuna, mix well
5 Spread it all over the lettuce and you're done
