How are you
cleanse the mind
Stay away from turbid air
A clear conscience
what worries
nothing at heart
why dust
ask heart
your direction
establish direction
go forward
limit yourself
after all
the floating heart
can't stop
unable to calm down
Ripples with foreign objects
centering
mind set
not servile
not tangled
pure heart
any see through
think clearly
don't ask for trouble
Don't be a cocoon
Feel comfortable
the direction of the heart
