Epidemic prevention at home, plus cooking skills
I have always liked to cook, but usually because of work, the basic principle of cooking is that it is not bad. However, since I started the home epidemic prevention mode, I have a lot of time, so I have moved some time and focus on cooking.
It's like pan- fried creamy chicken wings . I used to throw raw chicken wings directly on the baking sheet, smear some cream on it, and then send it to the oven to bake. It doesn't actually taste bad, but it looks ugly. Unless you're hungry, looking at them won't arouse any appetite.
At noon this day, I was worrying about the main course of lunch, and I accidentally dug out a box of chicken wings from the freezer. So on a whim, I started to make pan-fried butter chicken wings——
Sprinkle a layer of salt on the chicken wings and simply marinate them, put them in a pan with a little salad oil in sequence, and then fry the next piece of cream on a slow fire. After frying for about three minutes, I picked up a piece of chicken wing and turned it over to check -- well, it was almost fried, but the color was not golden enough, anyway, it took more time, continue to fry!
After frying for five or six minutes, it was finally golden brown. After I turned all the chicken wings over, fry the garlic slices, peppers, and add a little bit of cream. Until the other side is also fried until golden and shiny, then carefully pick them up one by one, put them on the plate, and shake the plate a little.
You see, the appearance of this pan-fried creamy chicken wings should be good; as for our food, it is hard to say...
By the way, there is still a box of strong Thai prawns in the freezer, and there is a big bag of buns from the family in the freezer. This weekend, let's try a garlic prawn noodle soup that I've always wanted to try, but keep giving up because of the labor and time!
