●The places where most entrepreneurs are apprehensive can be roughly divided into the following six categories:

1. Can't find a business idea.

2. Uncertain business concept.

3. Insufficient start-up capital, or unable to raise start-up capital.

4. After starting a business, can it continue to operate?

5. Do you have enough income for your own business?

6. Is the knowledge and technology you possess really enough?

●There are two ways to think about business ideas: one is the market axis, and the other is the personal axis. Starting a business from the market axis is easy to fail, and starting a business from the personal axis is easy to succeed. It’s better to start a business by doing something you really want to do. Think over and over about what you really want to do.

●For individual entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship that caters to the "market" often ends in failure; focus on one thing "really want to do" and make it helpful to others. The real "business" will not be boring, don't be anyone other than "you"!

●Look for business opportunities from "life experience". You don't necessarily have the ability to create, as long as you "continue to produce", you can become a business.

● Dig deeper into what you really want to do:

1. What were you most passionate about and fascinated by as a child?

2. Write down what you do every day.

3. Write something that is easy to do.

4. Write about your weaknesses.

5. Ask others about themselves.

●Entrepreneurship must construct 3 elements of the core concept:

1. Decide "who to sell to"? Limit the target customer to 1 person, who do you want to help?

2. Decide what to sell? Extend from the goods or services you want to make.

3. Decide on "USP". USP is the unique selling point, selling proposition (superior ability, quality, performance). Create the fact that "only you can be entrusted" through combination.

●Three elements that make up "sales":

1. "Who to sell to" in the core concept will seriously affect the "number of customers".

2. "What to sell" in the core concept will seriously affect the "unit price of goods".

3. The "USP" in the core concept will seriously affect the "sales transaction rate".
