Exercise in the morning, challenge the "20-minute boost!" at a speed of 5 kilometers per hour
I slept a little late today, but I still have to keep exercising
The first few exercises only took ten minutes, never more than twenty minutes.
So today I don't give myself an excuse to be lazy, and insist on challenging "20-minute boost!"
And the speed should be keep at 5 kilometers per hour,
I used 5.4km for the first 10 minutes, but then I couldn't keep up
After 10 minutes, I switched to 5km, and I always wanted to stop during the process.
But I told myself, how can I give up like this?
Even if the sweat keeps flowing, I will persevere
Even if my feet are already sore, I will continue
Finally, twenty minutes passed
Today I photographed myself sweating, although I was a little embarrassed
