Most people are trying to change the outcome by manipulating it, but they don't know that it's just changing misfortune from one form to another...

All life events are the result of our habitual or dominant mentality. --Charles Haney

"I understand the truth, but I just can't do it." - This is one of the most frequent words I have heard.

Many people use this as an excuse to express a sense of powerlessness. But in fact, he doesn't know that it is this seemingly powerless force that is expressing a passive resistance through his subconscious - I don't want to change; it's okay now; I haven't reached a point of no return. the point; I don't want to break out of my comfort zone; at least I still have some control...

Among the mentally and mentally ill patients, this kind of passive resistance is especially severe for those who have been gaslighted and those who have been abused by domestic violence.

Among ordinary people, when a person does not want to change the status quo, this is the easiest sentence to blurt out. The easier it is for a person to blurt this out, the easier it is to deceive himself and to believe his own self-deception.

To give a very life-like example:

Many parents know that their words and actions can have a profound impact on their children, but not many decent parents can lead by example and be the way they want their children to be. This is like the "original" itself is crooked, but it is unreasonable to expect the "copy" to be neat.

When these parents are asked to reflect, the phrase "I understand the truth, but I just can't do it" will blurt out. Since parents can't do it, what qualifications do they have to demand that their children must do it? Of course, children are likely to be like their parents and say, "I understand the truth, but I just can't do it", Even some family children may not even have the guts to say this. Since then, they are likely to become "strangers" who are farther and farther away from their parents.

What really drives behavior is not "knowing," but an active, internal, positive willingness. The latter plays a decisive role. So obviously, their inner willingness to be proactive is - I don't want to change!

To gain insight into the inner workings of all this requires a very strong awareness, just like peeling an onion, you must first have the belief to hold back the tears and push them away layer by layer to see the truth.

Charles Harnell, the father of the Law of Attraction, once said, "Our inner world is a world of thoughts, feelings, and powers ruled by the spirit, and all thoughts determine the state of mind, and the state of mind determines who we become. Because, before we "do" anything, we must already be what we are. We can only "do" as far as we are. And what we "are" depends on what we "think". We can't show power that we don't have. It's the constant law of the universe."

Inner strengths are always there, and what matters is how we use them.

It's like a depressed patient. On the surface, he doesn't seem to be able to lift his spirits for anything. He's paralyzed in bed, he doesn't want to get out of bed, he doesn't want to go out, and he doesn't want to see people. But this is the manifestation of his inner strength reaching an extreme. If he applies these energies correctly in how to make others happy, he will recover quickly. This method has been considered one of the most effective ways to cure depression.

Now, maybe we can finally experience the power of a little energy in a subtle way.

There is infinite wisdom and energy hidden in the inner world, and thought is the transformation of the infinite energy within us. It suffices for any of our needs and awaits us to open, develop, and release, all of which are manifested in the outer world.

Everyone's inner world is different, so everyone's world is not the same. The key is how we ourselves create an inner world of harmony, abundance and contentment.

The brain, as the organ of the mind, connects us with the objective world. As the most successfully evolved vertebrate on this planet, the human spinal nervous system consciously connects various parts of the body together through color, sound, smell, taste, touch, etc., and makes the body respond to the outside world.

The correct functioning of this system depends on the right thinking of the mind, and if the mind operates through the wrong way of thinking, any constructive force that could have been injected into our body becomes a destructive force upon us.

Among the ancient Indian chakras, the third chakra, the sun chakra (solar plexus), is the part in charge of the mind. It is connected to the stomach, small intestine, liver and gallbladder, kidney, spleen and other internal organs, the middle of the spine and the abdominal cavity that Western medicine refers to. The sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems within.

The sympathetic nervous system directs various subjective feelings such as: happiness, anger, fear, imagination, etc. A person whose sun wheel is in a state of open balance can naturally connect his inner strength with the spirit of the universe, or in other words, he can well transform the infinite constructive power of the universe into his own inner strength.

However, the unopened or unbalanced sun chakra often manifests as abnormal brain activity (overthinking), drowsiness, neurasthenia, memory loss, etc.;

On the physical side, it is often manifested as stomach discomfort (stomach ulcer, stomach pain, stomach cold, indigestion, gastroenteritis, gastrointestinal cancer), as well as diseases such as nervous diarrhea;

In terms of emotions, it is often manifested as irritability, stubbornness, paranoia, obsession with right or wrong, obsessive-compulsive neurosis, etc.;

People whose sun wheel is not turned on or are out of balance will show a negative energy field under the Krian camera, because once the center position is stuck, the energy up and down the body cannot flow smoothly vertically up and down.

The essence of healing is the realization that the individual is the manifestation of the energy of the universe, nothing more. The healing of body, mind and spirit is inseparable from this essence.

A man's ability to think is his ability to act upon and manifest the universe. The mind is originally a static energy. When the "ideas" are produced, it begins to become a dynamic energy. The mind and the idea are the manifestations of the same thing in different stages.

Fundamentally, there is only one law that pervades the entire universe, and that is cosmic consciousness. It is the life principle of every atom, embodied in every independent atom in the universe, including us, who are composed of countless atoms. It is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient. All thoughts and thoughts are in it, it is all that is.

As the famous Impressionist painter, sculptor and writer Walter Russell said -

Any expression is the subject of that expression. A play is not a playwright; a painter is not a painting; words are not poetry, and poetry is not a poet. Likewise, in a larger sense, the creature is not the creator - the creature is the mind of the creator, and even the mind of the creator is not the creator - but an extension of him, his imagination, his sense of omniscience, omnipotence and omnipotence expression in.

Most people are trying to change the outcome by manipulating it, but they don't know that it's just changing misfortune from one form to another. In order to maintain a complete and unified harmony between inner and outer, we must get rid of the "cause" of disharmony, and that cause can only be found by searching inward.

Every thought or thought is motivated by the properties possessed by the individual's karma (memory), manifesting externally. All external manifestations (effects) correspond exactly to the internal source (cause), and every thought and thought is a "cause".

Only a wise man can see that he is the source of the universe. Therefore, by being aware of the interaction between the inner and outer worlds, and by adjusting and controlling our thinking, we can create whatever we want.

The new moon in Aries on April 1, which symbolizes the beginning of a new chapter, is perfect for starting a new chapter. And any opening contains the cause and effect of karmic seeds. It is crucial to be aware of what you are activating. In other words, it is necessary to completely end something before truly opening a new chapter.

Healing planet Chiron and karmic planet Saturn remind us that everything has a beginning and an end, and an end means a new beginning. So, always (causally) loops back and forth.

Breaking karma is not difficult, and the process of strengthening new habits depends on conscious, repeated application. Just as we unconsciously repeat those unconscious actions that have been repeated a million times over.

When one day, returning to the true home within becomes an unthinking habit, it will not only change our status quo and allow us to get everything we want, but also give us infinite wisdom and ultimate freedom.

This is the ultimate gift from the universe to each of us, but only for those who really want it.
