Taurus on Github

I'm not from an IT background, but I tried it today - opened a repository on Github. This repository is not only a self-defense of where I am, but also a clear expression of what I want to do there.

I came to Github to promote the accessibility of Web 3.0 for the visually impaired, so that in the Web 3.0 world, the visually impaired can not only freely search for what they want, publish content freely, but also freely Operate various functions such as DEFI, GameFi, SocialFi, etc.

If you want to work on this, it is obvious that the current Web 3.0 has too many obstacles for visually impaired people to browse and operate. Of course, it should be fair to say that the various obstacles for visually impaired people to browse the web did not start or be caused by Web 3.0. Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 are not necessarily user-friendly for the visually impaired. Hong Kong has only started promoting accessible websites in the last few years. The biggest difference between Web 2.0 and 3.0 is that if the web design of the former hinders the browsing and operation of the visually impaired, the visually impaired can contact the Web 2.0 company or organization to seek improvement on their own or through self-help organizations. But in the Web 3.0 world, individual visually impaired users have to communicate on their own with the DAO community they don't know. He/she must single-handedly explain to the community the problems he/she encounters with their website. One can imagine the frustration and powerlessness caused by fighting alone and having a high chance of fighting against the wall.

At present, Web 3.0 is in its infancy, and it is not widely used in mainstream society, let alone in the circle of visually impaired people. By chance, I'm probably the first visually impaired person to get involved in Web 3.0. Therefore, after the revision of Osmosis this time, after many function buttons were imaged, I could not browse and operate on the mainnet at all (because the screen reader software could not read the images). This time with Osmosis, I have experienced the frustration and fatigue of fighting alone. But this incident has inspired me to do something more -- push the Web 3.0 system development team to take web accessibility seriously.

I need the same as me, practitioners or enthusiasts in the field of information technology and web design who are interested in promoting accessible web pages to collaborate with me to understand the current screen reading software NVDA for visually impaired people (mainly blind people). Constraints when navigating websites and manipulating features, thereby making recommendations to different Web 3.0 systems development and web design teams for web accessibility.
