1. Basic evidence for claims of patients with new coronary pneumonia

1. Confirmation certificate.

2. Suspected clinical evidence, including medical records and CT reports.

3. Evidence of nosocomial infection, cross-infection during hospitalization for non-febrile illness.

2. Specific items of loss to be claimed

1. Medical expenses (expenses incurred before free treatment);

2. Nursing expenses (nursing expenses incurred before free treatment);

3. Accommodation fee;

4. Transportation expenses;

5. Hospital meal allowance;

6. Necessary nutritional expenses;

7. Disability compensation;

8. Disability assistive device fee;

9. Death compensation;

10. Funeral expenses;

11. Mental damage consolation;

12. Direct property damage;

13. Other losses stipulated by law.

If applying for state compensation, the compensation items can also be adjusted according to the above-mentioned losses.

3. Object and method of claim

1. Object of claim: Relevant hospital or responsible department

2. Claim method: negotiate on your own, apply to the relevant responsible department for state compensation, file a civil compensation or state compensation in the court.

4. Relevant laws and regulations

Article 77 of the "Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" Where units and individuals violate the provisions of this Law, resulting in the spread and prevalence of infectious diseases and causing damage to the person or property of others, they shall bear civil liability in accordance with the law.

Article 2 of the "State Compensation Law" If state organs and state organ functionaries exercise their functions and powers and infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations as stipulated in this law and cause damage, the victim shall have the right to obtain state compensation in accordance with this law .

Compensation-obliging organs stipulated in this Law shall perform their compensation obligations in a timely manner in accordance with this Law.
