National Gallery Singapore - Rediscovering Singapore Series 10
Today I went to the National Gallery of Singapore.
Although I know nothing about art, I have always loved the architecture of the National Gallery. So I like to hang out here in my free time.
The National Gallery used to be two adjoining buildings, the High Court of Singapore and the Singapore City Hall. During the reconstruction, the atrium was used to connect the two buildings, and a corridor was opened, which now houses the National Gallery.
The National Gallery is free to local residents, you can go to the first floor counter and have the staff print your pass sticker for you, and then you can spend the whole day at the National Gallery at your leisure.
If you are like me and don't want to talk to anyone at all, you can also print the pass sticker on the machine, just enter your name and phone number and scan the IC to get the pass sticker.
I spent about 3 hours at the National Gallery today. As I said before, I don't know anything about art. So I simply skipped all explanations and descriptions of the artwork on display.
But I took a lot of pictures so that when I came out of the National Gallery, I could post it in my Moments and get likes from my friends.
I think my friends who like me will think that I am a person with elegant artistic style and rich connotation.
I'm not.
Ha ha
