Why is the Citizen Green Halo not appreciated? Because your Liker ID is not your Liker ID
First of all, I want to explain that this article is not to reheat the earlier events (if I want to do it, I will not choose this time to write it. Wouldn’t it be possible to win more LIKEs if I wrote it earlier?), I just think it is necessary to write it down, maybe To answer some of my friends' questions:
"Why do you have no green halo even though you have paid to become a citizen of appreciation?"
To explain this, we must start with Matters' connection with Liker Land. There are many people who often think that the two are the same company, but they are different. So if you have customer service questions, Liker Land can go to the website to find customer service, and Matters can email them directly.
It is reported that the “docking” between Liker Land and Matters will only happen once a day (not sure if this time is the same as 12:00 noon when Liker Land distributes the creation fund), so if you pay to become an appreciation citizen and find that there is no green halo, It may be early in the morning, but the update in Liker Land is definitely faster than Matters. It is recommended that you check your personal homepage in the format:
When you see that there is already a green halo on your profile, then the halo on Matters will definitely appear after "docking", it's just a matter of time.
However, if you find that your Liker ID has no halo on your personal homepage, but you have already paid, what should you do?
First go to "My" on the left hand side, then click "Settings", and then check your Liker ID, you may find:
Your Liker ID is not your (mind) Liker ID
So no halo is normal.
But why the Liker ID set by the wallet is not the Liker ID you think? I think there are two possibilities:
1. You are an old Matters user. Matters was converted from MAT coin to LikeCoin in 2019. When binding the Liker ID, you did not bind the correct Liker ID , but generated a new Liker ID by yourself, and then you use the "Old Liker ID". Liker ID" subscription appreciates citizens so of course there will be no halo.
2. The situation is similar: you apply for a Liker ID at Liker Land first, and then apply for a Matters account. When binding, you did not choose to bind the applied Liker ID and applied for a new Liker ID through the Matters website.
In my guess, there is a good chance that the Liker ID and Matters ID are not using the same email address to apply. Because a Liker ID can only correspond to one email address, in the case of 2. above, the system should prompt when the user uses the same email address to open a new Liker ID, instead of allowing an email address to be opened Two Liker IDs.
Assuming that you really encounter the Liker ID in "My" and "Settings" that is exactly the same as the Liker ID of the subscribed appreciation citizen and there is no halo for more than 24 hours, this kind of error is really worth asking Matters customer service. But if you just made a mistake about your account number, it’s useless to ask Matters or Liker Land customer service, especially for Citizen 2.0. The moment you paid the LikeCoin, the amount of LikeCoin has actually gone to the sponsoring creator, how can they help? you get back? And Matters ID and Liker ID can't be unbound: imagine if someone claims that you have 100,000 LikeCoin's Liker ID as his, then unbound it and then spend it on your Matters ID, you don't want this to happen Bar?
The Intel SGX and SPAKE2 behind Liker Land's Authcore password management solution are both high-strength systems in the industry. Once Liker ID and Matters ID are account bound, it is actually difficult to have bugs and unbind them by themselves. The account operation that the user thinks he has done can be completely different from the account operation he actually does, especially the user who has no strong computer knowledge.
So earlier, a user kept saying that Matters had a bug, I didn't appreciate Citizen's Halo, and then was found to have multiple accounts, which is largely the problem mentioned above. And to be honest, to find out if you have the correct account in Matters, just log in to the Liker Land app to see if anyone is applauding you or if you don’t receive a monthly report. However, for those with multiple accounts, there is a real chance that they may not be able to figure out what they are doing and watching.
Finally, I would like to add that I don't think it is necessary to open a trumpet or have a different Persona to write. The most important thing is to follow the right path instead of taking advantage of the kindness of other people's hands. Everyone has written a lot about plagiarism and whether one person plays several roles, so I won't say more. The main reason why I wrote this article is to try to clarify doubts based on my experience of observing the ecology of LikeCoin, but also to let everyone know whether the parties who blindly said that Matters got the wrong account in the incident actually considered Matters as a startup. There are many things to deal with, but you have to keep complaining to Matters about your "suspected clone" and "suspected to be tied to the wrong account without a halo". How wrong is it? How heartbroken I am. Matters workload you know? And there were so many people that day to dismantle your questions for you, but you didn't really answer what others did you did, but just mechanically replied that it was a system error. Even if you return LikeCoin to some authors, it will not make me feel good and less suspicious of you.
that's it. Originally I didn't intend to explode Seed, but I really didn't feel bad about it. Matters worked hard.
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
