Later, depending on my physical condition, I stopped drinking for a while.
I originally planned to see a doctor, but after researching a lot of information about gastroesophageal reflux on the Internet and magazines, I understood that gastroesophageal reflux is a civilized disease, and compared to seeing a doctor, it is mainly through the adjustment of living habits. road.
Because I understand that my symptoms are still mild, other than frequent belching, I rarely have other symptoms. So I began to provide various assistance in living habits according to the information I absorbed.
