1. Program settings confuse different policies.

However, the ordinary immigration pathways of Hong Kong people, such as HF168 (study), HF169 and 171 (employment), and the pathway to seek political asylum (Article 18 of the Hong Kong and Macau Regulations) are completely different discussions. Samp proposed that HF177 would allow political asylum seekers to better settle in Taiwan, but the discussion was distracted by the cross-cutting of ordinary immigrants.

2. The text description of the Podcast is wrong

3. Samp's expression problem

At 32:20, Samp explained in more detail why the Taiwan government should open up for settlement, and from the perspective of Taiwan, he pointed out the possible advantages and disadvantages of open settlement, and he also considered national security concerns.
