In the next software upgrade, Chihuahua is expected to introduce CosmWasm, so the maximum Gas Fee cap per block will be adjusted to prevent network attacks. This limit can be adjusted again in the future as necessary.

Motion 19 Lower Inflation (Part 1)

After the passage of Bill 11 , the inflation rate dropped from 60% to 55.8%, but the proponent still felt that it was not enough. If all is OK, there will be one more proposal (Part 3) to lower the InflationRateChange parameter from 1 back to 0.05.
