I go to work as an office, and I sometimes sit in front of the computer for a long time after get off work. I belong to the sedentary family. Therefore, various problems often occur in the body, and the more serious one is neck pain. In order to relieve my body pain, I will find time to exercise to relax my body. The company has a football/basketball club, and I will play football/play with my colleagues when I have time.

At the end of last year, the store downstairs of my house opened a new gym. I got a founding membership card, buy one year get two years free, a total of three years. I chose this place because it's close to home, I can go twice a week, and only once a week when I'm busy. According to the short video I watched, it is recommended to go to fitness three times a week, but I can't achieve it anyway. Every time I go, it takes a lot of time. It takes 50 minutes to do the equipment, 40 to 50 minutes to do aerobics, and then I have to stretch and relax + take a bath. In this way, I spend 3 hours in the gym each time, I don't have that much time.

If I play football or play football, I will be near my unit, and it will take 2 hours each time, and then I will drive home, and it will take 3 hours in total, and the time consumption is relatively long. With so many things at home, it is difficult for me to spare a lot of time every week to exercise. I have to say that only the rich can afford to exercise. First, time, second, if you want to exercise well, it is best to hire a personal trainer. Third, you have to keep up with nutrition.

If one day I can earn a sum of money so that I don’t have to work hard, I can quit my job and stay home, take care of my baby, and exercise when I have time.
