【Memoirs Seventeen】- Secretary Summary

As mentioned above, the wait after inquiring about suitable positions across departments is actually quite anxious. First, I'm not sure whether R can sell me this favor, and second, even if I can really switch, can I adapt to some situations in other departments (because I heard that the procurement department is special). In a trance, R told me that there was a suitable position, and when I was a buyer of batteries, the aura of the secretary faded.

From graduation to this moment, in the blink of an eye, the secretary has also been a secretary for six years, and changed hands to three. The authorities are fascinated by the bystanders, and I want to talk about some of the views I saw about this position after my personal experience:

First, the importance of the boss. In the former employer, the position of the secretary is actually a general discussion, mainly administrative and clerical, and its growth is relatively limited. At this time, if the boss you are facing is a strict and resolute person, then it is not a bad thing for you. As far as I am concerned, the three bosses, even if I don't want to admit it, D has given me the most help for my career growth and the most stringent requirements for me. Although I do not agree with his behavior, it should not obliterate the training and cultivation he once gave me. On the contrary, Josh, who has been getting along well with me, has hardly helped me with any skill improvement. His tolerance and kindness have become the best barrier for me not to make progress (although myself is the biggest reason). In the past, I was young and vigorous, and I couldn't bear D's famous or inexplicable scolding and resentment, but today I am grateful and appreciative of his generous teachings. Any behavior that has the meaning of spurning is thorny, and thinking about it in this way has a different perception of things that are incomprehensible in the workplace.

Second, the secretary's observation. What is the most important thing for a secretary. A personal opinion drawn from a workplace novice after a few years of fiddling around, that is, to observe words and expressions, and learn to figure out what the boss thinks. Although it is easier for foreign bosses to express their thoughts directly, I believe that every boss will like it. I'm not a person who can figure out other people's thoughts, so it will be easier and more effective to get in touch with foreigners. However, after working in the workplace for a long time, which things should be done with ten points and which things can only be done with five points, I have some stalks in my heart. Perhaps because of this reason, he has contributed to his overly sensitive nerves and planted the bane of his ideas in the days to come.

Third, the quality of the secretary. I appreciate the professionalism of one of my friends who is also a secretary - secrecy. As a secretary who will be involved in both work and private life, the boss's secrets will not be fully known, and they will guess 50% of the time. How to handle these hot private information? I think rotten in the stomach is the best. There will be all kinds of characters to approach and inquire about various information of the boss, so the right medicine can achieve its own purpose. I have met such people before, and I will try to learn to screen and identify the true and false, but I feel too tired, and I don’t want to offend others because of this, so I just keep my mouth shut.

There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's eyes. As for the secretary's opinion, I just casually chat about my own opinion. Later, I also left this position and entered a new type of work. After coming into contact with different things, I also saw a different world. If I could choose again, would I still take this path? Every journey of my life, the people I met taught me some principles of life. The road I traveled and the scenery I saw are precious experiences in life. (To be continued)
