The first life hand post was released this time last year. After many weeks of searching for rental houses, relocations, and renovation projects large and small, I was finally able to lie down in a new place and come up with a series of ideas to record my life.

At that time, I set up an account in Fanggezi and wrote down trivial daily clips. At the same time, I also recorded "Vlog" (video blog) on the Youtube platform. I recorded a day's itinerary with my mobile phone. The pictures also inspired me to try various dishes.

Those words and images accompanied me through the dark first half of 2020. Even if I no longer shoot vlogs, I occasionally replay past videos, as if to remind myself how to face loneliness. Those days have become a precious mark of growth for me. . After a lapse of a year, I have gradually become familiar with everything that is unfamiliar, and I also understand the truth of letting go of things that cannot be controlled, and now I have finally taken a step forward.

On the first day of February, I started with a morning jogging practice in the park. I adjusted my breathing rate with the rhythm of my pace. I stepped on my feet and faced the warm winter sun. I was kissed on the cheek by the falling leaves a few times, and then I made sure that no one was seen. What kind of concern is such a move? Thinking of this I can't help but smile.
