Explore what it means to appreciate a civil republic

At the beginning of the workshop, I still highly recommend the book " Blockchain Sociology ", because this book is the beginning and the core concept of the blockchain; The blockchain is regarded as a national governance, not to mention the things behind you

In the first few minutes of the class, everyone listened very carefully, but I was not used to it! Because I can usually see the expressions of the audience when I speak... Some people will focus on you, some people will bow their heads and doze off, some people will lead slightly, etc.

But in Google meet, you can't see expressions, and you don't even have a (physical) echo when you speak. It's really empty and empty, everything is empty.

Although it is relatively boring here, it must be talked about, otherwise, if the basics are not well laid, you really don’t need to understand it later.

About validators and voting rights

Playing the base is always boring, but fortunately I only spent five minutes explaining the base; when we picked it up and came to the validator part, I actually felt that everyone was starting to be a little interested! After all... Ama, I am the verifier, of course I need to explain myself XD

In fact, when it comes to validators, it is not so difficult to understand as long as they are fully integrated. In a country, the verifier acts as a "member of parliament" , and senior officials in the blockchain are all designated by the code to act , so it is like a parliamentarian who wants to explain the central policy (law) to the common people. Besides, when the validator wants to explain the central policy (code logic), the required legislator needs salary background, right?

That is to say, just as lawmakers need to understand the law to explain policies, validators need to understand programs to be able to explain blockchain policies.

So in some (theoretical) senses, the verifier has to do a lot more than imagined. In addition to getting "fans", he has to explain the motion and so on... It's really troublesome (laughs)

explain the commission rate

In fact, for everyone, the existence of the validator is only necessary, but we do not know why it is necessary; for everyone, the existence of the validator is used to collect interest... Well, it is true in some senses QQ

However, I found that there are many people who don't understand the adjustment of the commission rate; everyone only knows that the higher the % on Liker Land, the more money you make when you deposit it, that's all

So at this meeting, I briefly explained how this annualized income is related to Commission and their corresponding numerical relationship, etc., and explained these things in a relatively easy-to-understand way.

But in fact, for me, I have always believed that the "small talk learning method " is the strongest teaching method (but this method is difficult to apply to the classroom). When I was a full-time teacher in a high school, I taught practical classes.

At that time, I selected the full-time junior teacher in the class. That classmate was not particularly strong, but he was the person in the class who liked to talk the most and who copied the speech the most and loved to complain . My conditions and requirements for him are as follows

When my class teacher, your grades will definitely be the highest in the class, and you will be given two awards; but your job is to sit next to me during the lecture, and then be responsible for complaining about everyone's voice in my class

This is an experimental method , because in the practical class, everyone will not be sitting in their own seats. I will ask the students to gather in front of the blackboard with the bench, so you will not see the students swiping their phones or sleeping.

In the beginning, this little teacher was not very vocal like other classmates, and he just asked if he had any questions . Later, after I slowly got to know my classmates in the practical class, I often went to chat with him. There is a lot of nonsense and there is not. After the mid-term, our class mode is like this:
