I remember that I participated in the interviews for the “Guardian Mountain” for more than 20 years. Finally, I finally entered the 2-person PK stage of the final selection. The interviewer asked a question: How to reduce the number of photocopies? In 10 minutes After the background information was introduced, I clarified many problems through Q&A, and then spent 10 minutes "writing" their solutions on the slide (that's right, 20 years ago, it was handwritten on transparencies, and then I used a projector to type on the projection screen)〪

When the time was up, both sides stopped writing, and then flipped a coin to decide the order of reporting. When the other side put on the slideshow, I saw the content, and I was overjoyed, "I won", because the solution has no focus and reasonable logic. Sure enough, I entered with a smile. At that time, in response to the rapid growth of the company and to avoid the increase in the process and decision-making time caused by the expansion of the organization, this class was set up to be responsible for the integration and improvement of enterprise processes. Take the improvement of the personnel recruitment process as an example: First, the employer raised the demand for new personnel due to the increase of work. Next, the human resources department reviews whether there is a balance in the preparation, recruits candidates, arranges interviews, etc., and proposes improvement plans by collecting current problems and process analysis. Including the integration of multiple external human resources databases (104, 1111...) into an internal platform, which is convenient for employer managers to inquire, and combined with interview process control, in addition to saving human and administrative resources, real-time and visual reports are more effective Increase communication efficiency.

The team added new members one after another, and we began to divide the labor according to the company's organization, such as human resources, capital, financial accounting, factories, etc., each has a dedicated person responsible for the integration of business processes in this field and accumulate professional skills, plus regular meetings to exchange ideas, Areas of responsibility are handed over every 1-2 years...etc., so everyone has the ability to integrate across the organization and also build up mutual fraternity. John resigned from a friend factory and came to the company. He is very familiar with semiconductors, but he was shy at the beginning. Later, I handed over the process integration work of the treasury to John. Let the bullets fly

"Full participation in improvement" has always been our goal. After accumulating the implementation experience of various organizations, we began to organize effective process analysis tools, (simple) practice cases and change management for implementing new processes, so as to facilitate the practical operation of partners. In the advanced version of the process integration project, it is not a single person to face the cooperative organization, but our team conducts a process integration workshop (BPR workshop), inviting project members to participate, through explaining and using case exercises to use tools, while sharing the experience of change . Whenever the students who have attended the workshop use the techniques taught before in their respective projects, I seem to see another John dissecting the current problems, repeatedly scrutinizing to find the root cause, designing solutions and process improvement…. From their confident eyes, I can see the effectiveness of the workshop and thank the team for their cooperation, which is difficult for one person to do.

A few years later, in line with the company's promotion of e-Learning, the team also retreated behind the scenes. We recorded the workshop as an online course, and colleagues of the company could use the intranet to learn at any time, so as to expand the benefits of enterprise process integration. This is an efficient team. Everyone makes full use of their advantages to achieve the successful completion of the organization's project, and then complement each other's strengths to complete cross-organization workshops and experience inheritance, and achieve another success.
