【22.2.2022】 My sister is a pianist

It is often said that seeing a doctor for family members requires the most patience, just like she taught me to play the piano.
my sister is a pianist

She handed me her right hand and said it felt unnatural from the shoulder to the fingers on the right, and I couldn't play the piano freely.

I checked that her shoulder blades and front chest muscles were very tight, and she pulled her arms forward so that when she played the piano hard, her back didn't provide support for her forearms, so she felt heavy. I looked at her fingers again, they were taut, and the interaction between the fingertips and the keys remained. His fingers were swollen and red, as if he had stored up a lot of energy.

I started to untie the terminal fascia of her finger with Lin's technique, and slowly I felt a little flow under the skin. She has been learning the piano since she was a child, and has been practicing for more than 20 years. And I never thought her piano was nice, repeated practice was just noise in my ears. And these noises left with her when she moved out. When I heard her piano sound again, it was in her concert, the rhythm was flying, as light and free as her fingers dancing on the keys.

I untied her taut fascia one by one.

"How do you feel now?"

"I feel like my arm can be opened."

She drew her shoulders back in a circle, "It doesn't seem like the shoulders are going to get stuck now."

"You have to train your back and shoulders to support your posture."

"Okay okay~"

Happy birthday to my sister on 2.22~
