Found a surprise while sorting out emails

Last night, on a whim, I wanted to organize my emails.

Some time ago, I didn't know where I saw it. Some people are used to deleting useless emails, because the cloud stores useless things, which is already a phenomenon of inefficiency, and it can even be said to be a kind of pollution. I think it makes sense.

I'll stop subscribing to some commercial emails first. I didn't specifically subscribe, but after logging in to a website by email, they would subscribe by default.

Some social media, such as LinkedIn and Facebook, if you don't adjust your email settings, they will send you emails every day, annoying, and I have also closed them.

After that, start deleting emails that I don't read.

It's only been five minutes since I deleted it, and I saw an interview notice I missed.

My heart is bleeding............

The interview is to call me for an interview on November 19th. I didn't get home until the 25th, and even if I saw the email in time, I still couldn't make the interview as scheduled. Later, wrote an email to apologize and ask to reschedule the interview. hope everything is fine.

It was two months ago that I sent out my resume. I was doing an internship at the time, and I didn't think about these things very much. I didn't expect to receive an email, which was unexpected.

Learn from it. I'll take care of my emails and turn on email notifications.

The reason why the notification was turned off at the beginning was because there were too many spam emails, especially the emails registered by the university. The whole university’s activities would be notified, and even on weekends, the security department would send an email saying to go out and remember to close the windows and doors.

I started a war of ideas.

Before, I decided to continue my studies because I felt that I could not find a job and I found a topic that I wanted to continue my research. If I start working directly, it seems that there is nothing wrong with saving money for retirement earlier. I am a person with no ambitions. I don’t want to buy a house, but I have to buy a car, because this is Malaysia where public transportation is not very developed. The salary is not much, and if you get a job and live at home, you will definitely survive. I am happy doing what I love.

So if you continue to study or work, you are doing what you like, there is no conflict, and you just let it flow. If you get a job, work; if you don't, keep studying.

At first, it felt very contradictory, but after writing it, the idea has been clarified a lot.
