The first: the term "milk" is actually a very broad definition.
If someone says oh, do you want to drink milk? I will give him a puzzled look. Why? Because I don't know what he wants to give me to drink~

As long as the milk produced by the cow is called milk (nonsense XD), but the noun is defined in a broad sense
He can represent, fresh milk, milk powder reconstituted milk, concentrated milk brick reconstituted milk, long-lasting milk, flavored long-lasting milk, milk drinks
These can all be called milk, but are different products.

Fresh milk: Products that have been sterilized and packaged and refrigerated can only contain the ingredient (raw milk) .

Okay~ let me talk about the legal regulations on the content of milk fat in fresh milk

Fat content per 100ml of fresh milk (milk fat ratio)
High-fat fresh milk: 3.8% or more
Whole Cream Fresh Milk: 3.0-3.8%
Medium-fat fresh milk: 1.5-3.0%
Low-fat fresh milk: 0.5-1.5%
Skim milk: 0.5% or less

The milk fat of cows will vary due to nutrition, environment, and seasons. The milk produced by normal cows is more than 3.2%, unless malnourished, (but it is less likely to happen in Taiwan)

So which one is better?
If it were me, of course I would drink full-fat fresh milk.
If I drink 500ml of whole milk, about 15ml of fat but 500ml of skim milk, about 2.5ml of fat.
That's a lot of heat difference, that's right. (It's more practical for you to eat less chicken chop and hand shake)
But in full-fat fresh milk, all the fatty nutrients are in it,
Skimmed fresh milk is hard enough to drink, and the fat itself has a smooth and delicate taste.
If you want to lose weight, start with sugary drinks and exercise XD

The third one, fresh cream, cream, cheese, and cream cheese are stupidly indistinguishable.

Fresh cream: we call it Cream in academics, and the proper noun in Chinese is cream <br class="smart">Cream: we call it butter in academics, and the proper noun in Chinese is cheese <br class="smart"> Cheese: We call it cheese academically, and the proper noun is cheese in Chinese

This Chinese term is really used everywhere, these three are completely different products, and the ingredients are different.

Fifth, cow's milk is one of the most difficult products to be made into artificial flavors. <br class="smart">There are many different flavors and aroma substances in cow's milk. Scientists have tried to study the unique frankincense in cow's milk, but they are completely unable to find them. Out of all the substances, I can only roughly imitate the similar taste. Believe me, that one is really super different. I have smelled the taste of milk essence, which is super weird, and milk is a very easy food to absorb peculiar smell.
