Matters' Guide to Chasing: Breaking Bad Season 1

(edited)
There are spoilers~

Breaking Bad has been heard a long time ago. I heard that it is a divine drama, but I am not interested in the anti-drug theme, so I have not watched it. Instead, I introduced it to my husband. He is extremely picky, and he is full of praise. This has aroused my interest. In addition, it is a bit boring to watch love topics recently, so let's change the taste.

However, when I saw the third episode, the scene of chemically dissolving the corpse, oh my god! It's really disgusting, I can't watch it anymore, I stopped for a while, and I finally crossed that threshold recently. It's beautiful.

First, the protagonist Walt is a very complex character.

He is a middle school chemistry teacher. He is about fifty years old. He has a son with cerebral palsy, and his wife is about forty, but he became pregnant unexpectedly. In addition to working as a teacher at the school, he also works part-time in a car wash, and also works for his newcomer. After scolding the student to wash the car, it can be seen that his life has been very depressing and financially strapped.

There is no harm in comparison, but Walt's brother-in-law Hank has a sharp contrast with him. He is the sheriff of the Drug Enforcement Administration. He is confident, has high work ability, and is high-spirited at work.

But life is not the worst, only worse. He was diagnosed with lung cancer and only had two years to live, so he came up with the idea of making plans for his family. Jace makes poison together.

One is a small gangster who has more than enough success, and the other is a chemistry teacher who only knows how to teach at school. This combination is already very new. Then, his brother-in-law is an anti-narcotics officer, who is often tracking down the drug maker, but he doesn't know that this person is in front of him, which is really exciting.

The impression the teacher gives is to educate the next generation and is kind, but this teacher used his rich chemical knowledge to create top-notch meth. The contradiction of this role enriches his level. His heart is good, his motives are sympathetic, but he is doing something illegal.

In the fourth episode, he originally wanted to release a drug dealer, because the two made up their minds after talking, but later found that the drug dealer had hidden a piece of debris when he fainted and smashed the dishes, in desperation , he finally killed him, this part is well done in both the plot and the inner struggle, a very nice scene.

Also, when they negotiated with this season's big boss Du Ke, they wanted to sell methamphetamine, and then Jace went to Du Ke, but Du Ke took the goods, but said it was consignment, and refused to give the money immediately, and Jace wanted to get the goods back He left, but Du Ke was beaten to death, and the goods were robbed. Then Walter found out and took a bag of methamphetamine. He wanted to negotiate with Du Ke, and was made fun of by Du Ke for negotiating. Then... Walter said , this is not methamphetamine...then it fell on the ground and detonated. This episode was very unexpected and surprising. It was really beautiful, and the plot was completely unexpected.

This is also the attraction of this drama. In addition to the superb technology of making methamphetamine, Walt often solves many problems with his knowledge of chemistry.

In addition, the humor of this drama is also very natural, unlike Korean dramas, there are always one or two silly humorous corners that suddenly create laughter.

For example, they are going to steal the raw materials for meth, and they open the locks professionally, but they are in a hurry to move the raw materials. Jace bought a gun and wanted to kill Duke, and then Walt kept asking him how to kill him, how many shots to shoot, and where to shoot him. They were obviously scared to death, but the fear and nervousness made people want to laugh.

Okay, let's continue watching the second season~
