Today I tried to make a traditional braised pork, according to the method on the Internet. But I also added some potatoes, thinking that it would increase the taste. However, during the cooking process, I may have added too much water, which caused the taste of the braised pork to be undercooked. At the same time, I used a pressure cooker, which caused the potatoes to boil and the taste became unpalatable.
I reflected and realized that the reason for the failure of this attempt may be that I cut the meat too large and added too much water. Next time I will improve on these aspects and try to make better braised pork.
