Little Sparrow's Daily | Going back home to eat mow

I was on the phone with my mom a few days ago.

"Mom, I'm going home this week~" I was lazy in bed, swiping my phone while chatting less intently.

"Okay, I get it. Did Tail Ya eat buns today ?"

"Hey, what did you say..."

tail teeth? Mow the bag? At that time, my mind was full of question marks. Did I hear it wrong? Why did I suddenly mention the tail teeth? It's not already over.

"Today, I want to eat buns and cakes. Although I don't know why, it's a tradition. You forget that at this time of year, Mom and I will prepare buns or cakes for you to eat."

Hearing what my mother said, I seem to have a bit of an impression. I remembered that every year before, my mother would always choose which one I would like to eat, cut buns or moistened cakes, and then go to buy ingredients, sometimes to buy moistened cakes. Pi traveled all the way to a distant market to buy.

"Mom, you didn't expect you to be so traditional." Tradition is beyond imagination. I thought my mother was a very open-minded modern woman, but I didn't expect her heart to be more traditional, and she had to prepare delicious food for every festival .

"So what do you want to eat?"

"But I'm not particularly interested in buns or pancakes lately..."

"I've already bought the outer skin of the mowing bag."

"Then, let's eat the buns, since you are all ready." It seems that I fell into my mother's trap step by step, but in fact, I decided to eat the buns long ago . I am so naive haha.

Back at my hometown, a plate of foreskin, a pot of meat, a box of cilantro, and what I think is the key point of the bag: peanut flour, this time I have to praise my mother for the meat that I picked, almost all of them are The lean meat parts that are not fat are super delicious when paired with peanut flour , but coriander is... a matter of opinion, some people love it, and some people don't want to be contaminated at all.

I am really happy to go back to my hometown to eat mow bao.

💡 PS. Later, I checked the tradition of tail teeth on the Internet

It turns out that the tail teeth have a specific date, December 16th of the lunar calendar. In the ancient traditional customs, tail teeth were originally a small event at the end of the year for businessmen to thank the land government for the birth of the company. The employees only ate and distributed them after worshipping. However, with the change of the times, the common miaobao on the tail teeth now represents the meaning of "bringing fortune" and "bringing wealth", all because the miaobao looks like a tiger biting pork. "Tiger bites pig" is similar to the homophonic "Fu bites pig", so there is a tradition of eating buns with tail teeth.

Really long knowledge.
