Although the statement was issued in the name of Chao Yun, it was also written by me, so let's post it together. After all, this is actually my real thought about the real-price login 2.0 filing the case again.

After more than two years of delay, the progress of the "Net Registration 2.0" draft has finally returned to 2018 and was sent to the Legislative Yuan for trial today (12/10). The content of the draft is almost the same as two years ago.

Real-price login 2.0 is the key policy of President Tsai Ing-wen's "Three Arrows in the Housing Market" in 2016, and it is also a policy that President Su Zhenchang personally supported when he ran for mayor of New Taipei in 2018. With the dual support of the President and the Executive Director, and the majority of the members of the Legislative Yuan, the real-price registration 2.0 has not been able to advance for several years, which led to the withdrawal at the beginning of this year due to the "principle of non-consecutive terms".

Today, the President and the Chief Executive are still the same two, and the Ministry of the Interior has brought Net Price Registration 2.0 back to the Executive Yuan for review as early as January this year. However, the government was late to resubmit the bill to the Legislative Yuan after rising housing prices and public complaints, and after repeated urging by members of the opposition party.

Recently, the real estate market has restarted the hype, especially the "pre-sale house red list" is the hardest hit area. The government is to blame. If the actual price registration 2.0 was passed two years ago, or even one year ago, among them, "the sale of pre-sale houses should be reported to the local competent authority for reference", and "the right to check and enter the law". Extremely helpful, the hype probably won't be so bad right now.

Chaoyun holds a positive attitude towards the re-advancement of real-price registration 2.0, but it must also be pointed out seriously: it is precisely because the current government neglects its commitment to housing justice before the election and is not firm enough on the reforms that should have been implemented long ago. chaos and social costs. At this moment, the promotion of real-price login 2.0 is no longer a precaution, but a remedy!

But it is not too late to make amends. Making real estate transaction information more transparent is still an important means to improve the distortion of Taiwan's real estate market. Nest Yun is still looking forward to and calls on the real-price login 2.0 to review as soon as possible and speed up the approval, so as to effectively expose the shady information of pre-sale housing transactions, lower the threshold of housing transaction information, and check the login information more effectively.

Chao Yun will continue to combine the ruling and opposition legislators, and the militia will continue to exert pressure and supervision in the next session. Relevant lectures will also be held at the "Dragon House" newly launched by Chaoyun to gather public support and consensus and increase the impetus for reform.
