[Shen Nong Duck] Special Pleurotus Mushroom Wheel Cake in Taoyuan City

Located near the shopping district in front of Taoyuan Railway Station, the "Tuk Tuk Lunbing" at the entrance of Master Zhou's Roast Pork Rice, in addition to the common flavors of cream and red bean, there are also super special flavors of Japanese egg, creamed corn, and king oyster mushroom!

I used to buy it when I was in high school, and I still sell it after I graduated from college. A very kind proprietress set up the stall with her son.

Zephyr Egg

This should be the common memory of many students of Taoyuan Yangming High School. The bus from the school to the city from the back station stops near the booth. There are several famous cram schools nearby. Many students will buy a "Japanese style egg" after school. Go to tuition or transfer home.

king oyster mushroom

This flavor was added after I graduated from high school. It is filled with king oyster mushrooms, hundred-page tofu, and even a nine-story tower. The whole taste is very Taiwanese. XD Juicy king oyster mushrooms are super fragrant and delicious! Beyond Japanese eggs, it has become my favorite flavor.
