When you feel tired physically or mentally, you should do something for yourself to replenish some energy...

However, there are different types of energy supplementation, and the corresponding methods are also different. Let's take a look. Which types of energy can we supplement?

1. Body energy

For example, do some exercise, run, dance, play ball, or sing your favorite song; you can also eat something that helps your body, such as probiotics or nutritious foods. Or between 11-13 noon, go out in the sun, so that the body can convert vitamin D and absorb these nutrients. These can improve the energy of your body to a certain extent, of course, provided that you like these activities.

2. Spiritual energy

What I often hear is sitting and meditating, so that my heart can settle down, or listening to music, using the frequency or tone of the music, so that my heart can be harmonious, and then transform and enhance my spiritual energy. If you feel a little anxious and irritated by electronic products, you can also deliberately plan a digital detox time, so that you will not touch any electronic products within 1 hour.

When I feel that today's situation is a bit bad and the development is really bad, I go back to my bed, cover it with a quilt, and then open it again and start a new day. . I think this is also a sense of ritual for returning to zero and starting again. If you think this method can help you, you may as well try it out.

3. Emotional energy

In recent years, the way of writing is very popular, expressing and releasing one's own feelings, and also writing down some descriptions and feelings, so that one can make some changes by expressing awareness and discovering one's own situation. Or look in the mirror, give yourself a deep hug, and feel the mood of yourself at the moment; or use practical actions to blow the sea breeze at the beach and feel the feeling of the sea breeze and the sound of the waves; Shower is also a good choice ~ choose a way you like, so that your energy can be boosted!

4. Social energy

Connect with your friends for 10 minutes, and send out your kindness, concern, praise and recognition. It may only be 10 minutes, but these 10 minutes may bring you a different feeling; this magical feeling is through being with others. What social connections can bring us. Or find friends to chat and greet each other, these can bring some different energy to yourself.


The improvement of these four kinds of energy can all contribute to one’s own positive energy, and different types can also make different improvements for oneself.
