Soy braised pork knuckle
Put the pig's trotters in cold water first, add some turmeric and yellow wine, and bring the water to a boil over a high heat. Pick up the pig's trotter and rinse it with cold water for later use. Fry the ginger slices in oil until fragrant, and place the pork hand skin down.
